This mod extends the book crafting crafting process in VS.

Compatibility

Is compatible with the following mods, and we can only highly recommend all of them:

Tweaks To VS

Book crafting is now a three-step process:
- Craft Signatures from any parchment and tools like a knife
- Craft a Plain Book from signatures and twine
- Craft leather bound books from plain book and colored leather and tools
With Tailor's Delight, book crafting also requires awls, needles and leather strips.
Scraped hide turns into Vellum instead of parchment. Vellum works similiar to parchment.
Ink & Quill crafting now requires quartz crystals plus hammer and chisel

Maestro Such an overhaul would require writing code and this is not my area of expertise, sorry. (Also, overhauling GUIs is rather complicated, so double no)

Thranos Vellum is it's own item, so any recipe that accepts parchment would still work (with parchment from linen or bought), but you cannot use vellum in these. If you encounter any mod that has recipes expecting parchment and should also accept vellum, I can easily add compatibility recipes. Please send me the names of such mods in Discord. Thank you!
