Adding handy in-game configuration for everything, including mods that lack it.

Utilizes Maltiez's ConfigLib to Migrate all Mod Configs to use the handy in-game Configuration UI for easier Configuration of the Game and its Mods.

Note for Mod Authors: Most of these Configs can very swiftly be copied into your Config & Lang Folders via Copy+Paste, with minimal tweaking at most. If you wish to Port any of these Configs into your Mod, please let me know and I will swiftly remove them from Config Master so as to not introduce Duplicate Content.

Release Note: This mod is in Beta. Mod versions other than what is posted here (and also within ConfigLib) are unsupported (Though I will typically try to keep up with latest versions of mods for the most current stable release of the game). Although I won't release Mods I haven't Tested myself, there's a chance I could've missed something. Please Report any Bugs below!

• Settings categories for mods that aren't loaded will still show in the list. They will be empty if selected. This is fine. 🙃
