It may work on my machine, but it may not work on yours. Please comment below any issues you have so I can see if I can fix it up. First mod release for Vintage Story and my C# is rusty as.

I highly recommend using this with Immersive Thirdperson Camera because otherwise you'll just have a crosshair on the back of your head- Like vanilla. It's not very interesting vanilla, so spice it up.

I also highly recommend using this with Harper's Immersive Tools because being in thirdperson isn't unplayable anymore, so seeing stuff on your seraph is a nice thing to have.

Surprise, I also also recommend using this with Target Dot, which replaces the vanilla + crosshair with a nice dot. Target Dot comes with two versions, small and medium. I prefer medium :^)

This mod:

Overloads the DrawAim function in the core game that renders your crosshair in firstperson to display in thirdperson (in a clever way).

It's different to if you were to simply just render the target in the middle of the screen in thirdperson, because with the way I've gone about it, it gets your selection intersection and projects that point in the world to your UI. That is to say, whatever you physically look at in game is where your crosshair is going to pop up.

Does not currently render when you do not have a selection and while it's a bug, I kind of like it that way- Because it makes it more reactive to what you're doing.

This mod doesn't make archery alterations, so if you're going to do anything extremely intensive I would recommend jumping back to firstperson (combat, archery, chiselling, clay stuff).

Hahaha! Yeah, I did what we call in the industry an "oopsie doopsie"; if you remove and reinstall version 1.0.0.zip, it should be in the correct format. Or unzip the downloaded mod from when it was busted.
Thanks zackadiax24 and Vexin_Irso

Hmm. Bugger. I think I zipped the folder, not it's contents. Let me quickly reupload it in the correct format.
