Prospecting can be a drag sometimes. You check tons of rocks without finding a single piece of ore. This mod aims to make the process easier, yet still balanced, by introducing two new prospecting modes, Double Node Search and Triple Node Search. These modes search in double/triple the base node range for ores (so 6, 12, 18 or 8, 16, 24 or etc.), but cost 4x/9x the durability and are prone to giving false negatives - so you'll see "no ores nearby" even though there may be an ore nearby. In double mode, there's a 1/3 (33%) chance of getting a false negative, while in triple mode, there's a 1/2 (50%) chance of getting a false negative.

Modes can all be configured, removed, or added via the config. Density mode can be disabled through the config as well. Note that if you want to edit descriptions for another language, use localization instead with the description as the key to be translated.

And a friendly reminder, prospecting is done in a cuboid area, rather than a sphere.

I also highly recommend ProspectorInfo to record the results of any density searches you may do.
