anyone else have an odd bug where the ingots cast with the 8 and 4 molds don't stack with ones cast from the single mold?

Ototinho Initially, this was the intention: only bronze and brass plates are used in this craft. But in general, I don't see a problem with adding an iron one. The fix is already in, have fun:3

maybe just a single plate mold would be balanced, since there would be a reason for using the hammer stll for mass production and you could still make some plates in the early game. also, there are people who struggle with mechanical automation and anvil usage, so an alternative would be nice too (i'm not one of these people XD) so I'll change my suggestion to a only 1 plate mold. Maybe using fireclay too to be a bit harder to get.

Ototinho I understand that you really want to cast absolutely everything, we have already had such requests, but I want to explain the logic again. An auto hammer in a vanilla game can do 2 things perfectly: forge plates and beat off iron bloom. It can't forge tools and weapons (without mods), so I made molds to make it more... vanilla. If we can mass-cast plates as well, then there will be less need for a hammer (and thus less need for mechanization). The second reason is that I'm customizing this mod for my server. I'll think about it, but I'm a little skeptical, so if you convince me, I'll work on the plate molds.

could you make a mold and bulk molds for plates too if possible?

Say NO to metal plate molds, they are harmful (for a healthy progression off course).

Dracarius I don't think it's that necessary in a vanilla game when you have auto hammer. More ingots at a time -  yes. Some tools that do not need to be forged by hand - yes. But plates can easily be forged by auto hammer - so that's a goal that needs to be achieved

Torvinoid they're made through the craft grid. See where common ingot molds are used

Not certain if I'm just missing something really obvious but I don't seem to have the 4 or 8 Ingot mold, those seem to be the only ones missing though. Used both blue and fire in case it mattered 

Do you plan on adding copper plate molds?

Version 0.1.0 doesnt seem to work. Dont see any of the new molds on the server, even with creative. Using Vintage story version 1.19.8.

There may be an issue with the file structure in your latest update.

bonenaut7 I can think of a more complex and expensive variant of such a form. The problem is that having such things kills some other mechanics of the game and it's hard to find a balance here. Your localization is up

Yeah, I did test that as well. 'Shift-Clicking' onto any 'wall face' of an adjacent block and I can place the mold just fine. It doesn't matter if it's a chest, container, anything works to help drop the mold correctly. The one place that I can't place the mold onto is the floor/ground/top face tile. Ctrl+Click, Shift+Click, Shift+Ctrl+Click or anything. Nothing works if I directly aim at the floor to place the mold. As a side note; I just want to point out, that while this bug is annoying, it isn't game breaking or too much of a hassle and honestly, it's probably some mod conflict, possibly the "More Piles" mod, who knows, so don't feel you need to rush out a fix. The mod works. I just wanted to mention I ran into this problem.

Edit: Also, your molds do get cooled faster with watering cans, so you might wish to remove that comment from your description page.

1stSlug reasonable about plate for 4-ingot mold, so changed to brass or any bronze.
About plasing of this mold. Try use ctrl+click. You use it to "not open chest", same when you place it on ground

Run into an issue when placing the four Ingot mold onto the ground (I haven't tried the 8-mold as of yet as I don't have enough iron X_X). For some reason, I can only place the 4 ingot mold so long as I select a wall side instead of the floor tile beneath it. Example images down below:

Also, just a small balance request if possible, but I feel that the 4 ingot mold is a tad too expensive and would be more balanced if it was any bronze (Maybe Brass?) tier plate rather than an iron plate. In my mind it should look like: 1 Ingot = Copper, 4 Ingot = Bronze and 8 Ingot = Iron. Otherwise the four ingot mold is kinda redundant as by the time you can make it, you might as well go right on ahead to the 8 ingot mold. It would also be swell, if the molds could stack for example: Single molds already stack to a max 8, four Ingot mold could stack upto 4 and eight ingot stack only 2).

Other than that, this is a great and super convenient/useful mod, thank you!

the 4 and 8 ingot mold have a problem:

when you try to make a 8 ingot mold it always understands the ingrediances to mean the 4 ingot mold.

what I mean:
If I add the needed materials for a 8 Ingot Mold and craft with that I always get a 4 Ingot mold and the remaining Materials not used~~~

That seems like a nice complement to More Molds.
