Makes the harsh transition between different blocks less visible and improves how snow looks on mountains. Best if used on a new world. Existing worlds are still playable but will have noticable seams between new chunks.
Not yet tested in Survival. Let me know if everything works (it should). :P

It works on any landform mod as well as vanilla terrain. Oulana
WIll this work with any kind of landform mod and just rearrange how blocks transition or it only works with the conquest one that's being developed?
