Built by myself (CaptainOats), this village is designed to work with the mod VSVillage to help bring flavour to the world.
This is made to have minimal 'loot' so server owners can install this without players getting a massive headstart.

Darn, was hoping this was up to date :( I'm not great at building so I've been trying to find mods to add villages (and a giant tree the size of Home Tree in the first Avatar movie, or giant trees in general)
Hi! Any possibility this could work with simple chnages to modinfo.json? Or is it likely to require much, much more edits to get compatibe with current version of the game and latest VS Village?
Are there any plans to update these village mods to 1.22, desert village included it would be much appreciated

CaptainOats Did you update the Viking Village blocks, change any of the buildings, or did you just take what was already there and just update it?

It should work out of the box but you will need to look in northern regions (colder) to find those types of villages. I might make the range in which they can spawn to be wider temperature wise.
Is there any settings I need to change to get these in my worldgen or does it work right out of the box? I've been looking for a village in creative for a while and I can't tell if I'm unlucky or they aren't here
