Adds crafting recipe to convert horizontal planks to vertical ones and back. Similar functionality to locking slab placement.
Place a plank in the crafting grid to convert it. Useful for when you want to chisel multi-material blocks in specific orientations.

can this be made to work with logs aswell or debarked logs
