Strange, I'm currently running a sizeable modpack with both expanded foods and useful drifters enabled, and I've not had any issues related to them. Your best bet is to turn off mods other than UDL like 1-5 at a time until the issue stops occuring, then re-enable mods from the group you just disabled one by one until you find the culprit that conflicts with the mod, then I can see if it can be helped or not.

Ketrai I'd guess that it's expanded foods then- it seems to nerf the amount of fat you get when slaughtering. There may be an oddball interaction between the two. The issue only happend with UDL installed(and toggled on), and went away as soon as I toggled it off and reloaded. I can't think of anything else I have messing with critter drops except maybe the repairable locust mod- but that doesn't touch drifters or hogs, so I can't immagine that's it.

Bach_Treebane You should be able to press H on a gear to get the help book recipe. It's 8 pieces in a 2x2 configuration.
@Eranderil This may be a cross compatability issue with another mod, as I can't reproduce this issue when having just xskills and useful drifter loot enabled. With the relevant skills skilled that affect loot drops. As useful drifter loot only affects drifters, crashes/errors should only happen when trying to loot drifters. When other mobs are involved, it pretty much has to be something funkier going on.

Xskills conflict seems to still be present. I killed a pig and had no visible drops but corpse also did not turn to bones. Disabling this mod and relaunching resulted in pig being lootable. I am also using Xskills and Xleveling.

Hi I'm having an issue with a part of the mod. Everything is dropping as normal, however my gear pieces aren't able to be crafted into a full gear. I have tried many combinations of the 8 pieces: all but center, in center but with one missing from exterior, all eight in just one slot. I have several hundred pieces now.....

New release. Should there still be xskills conflicts let me know.

Hello, We are getting a game crash when we loot drifter with an unhandled exception. the drifter loot box becomes empty and the items are invisible after the crash? thoughts ?

There are conflicts with the XScills mod again ... In the empty slots, most likely - what was added by the XScills mod.

Could you please make gear pieces craftable? I woud love to use them as a currency on my server, but if players want to buy stuff that's cheaper than 1 gear and they have crafted all pieces into gears already, we run into trouble. A simple recipe that converts them back would be awesome.

I assume this doesn't alter temporal gear drops at all? Because after getting the mod we've been getting a massive influx of them.

I'll take a look into possible XSkills conflicts.

The XSkills crash has been happening on my server as well for players with the looter skill. They had to unlearn the skill to stop crashing.

Is there a config for this mod? If not, could you make one?

Also can anyone confirm the xskills crash too?

This appears to be causing client crashes when used in combination with the XSkills "looter" skill (when a client with said skill tries to harvest a drifter). Somehow.

Thank you for updating to 1.18.1! This mod gives me a reason to murder drifters, and not feel like i'm wasting my time!

They do drop temporary gears. Yesterday two among about 30 drifters more

is this in addition to the original loot drops like gears and temporal gears dont seem to be dropping from regular drifters anymore.
