Adds a teleport button to the Add/Edit Waypoint GUI Dialogs.
Note: Due to limitations imposed by the game there are areas where the Y coordinate is always 1 when hovering over the world map. In those cases, the player is dropped from 130 blocks. If you ever end up underground, open the map again and you will be able to get an accurate Y coordinate and teleport above ground.

v0.1.3+ Fixes that issue.
I am having an issue that when I use the button to teleport my settings get cleared specifically Block info overlay (ctrl-B) becomes unchecked, block interaction help (ctrl-N) becomes unchecked and coordiante overlay (ctrl-V) becomes unchecked. It also turned off the mod hud clock. I am able to turn everything back on through the game menu.
