This mod adds the ability to restock your current hotbar slot. You can either do it manually by pressing the Hotkey (Default: R, can be changend in the Setting > Controls) or automatically for blocks.
 
The mod adds two commands:
/restock
/autorestock [true/false]

The autorestock feature is enabled by default.

Internally the /restock command is called when you press the Hotkey (Default: R) or when placing block and stacksize reaches one block.

 

When building and the current stack reaches one block it will refill from hotbar and backpack. This automatic restock can be disabled with this command.
/autorestock false​

 

 

When pressing the Hotkey (Default: R) blocks/items will restock into current active hotbar slot

Th3Dilli It's been 4.5 years since old comment, re: this not working with firewood.  It works fine with other stackable things (ex. peat). Can this be investigated? To be clear, there are 3 behaviours with firewood which are weird:

Situation 1:

  • Hotbar has 4, inventory has 10
  • Press "R" whilst hotbar entry is selected.  Result: nothing happens.  What should happen: hotbar should contain 14, inventory contains none

 

Situation 2:

  • Hotbar has 2 (or 1), inventory has 10
  • Placing firewood in a stack whilst hotbar entry selected: press Shift + Right-click.  Result: hotbar empty, inventory has 10.  What should happen: hotbar should contain 10, inventory contains none

 

Situation 3:

  • Hotbar has 4, inventory has 10
  • Placing all firewood in a stack whilst hotbar entry selected: press Shift + Ctrl + Right-click: Result: hotbar empty, inventory has 10.  What should happen: hotbar should contain 10, inventory contains none


If you want to look at how another mod does this -- be aware though, this mod is very wonky with some of its behaviours so don't just copy-paste code -- look at CFY SimpleRefill

Great mod! Forgot about this feature from Tweakeroo. Really useful on MC.

I will look further into it but when i made the mode i couldnt do it as easy like with blocks unfortunatlly

Is there any chance that this could also be modified so that it works with Firewood as well? Restock when the stack hits 8 or something?
