The mod is still running on the latest version 1.20.8, so it is not updated.

@AgentOfChaos Seems to be working in 1.20.4, at least

💬 AgentOfChaos, Apr 7th at 9:42 PM

hey does it work on 1.20.7?

💬 LiothTheBrave, Mar 1st at 4:05 PM

Update this please.

Thank you so much for this.

The other block game simply moves the player and mount up automatically as it travels over 1 block inclines, and I never thought it looked bad. Especially compared to the constant pausing, which I think looks abysmal.

💬 Kotl , Dec 24th 2024 at 8:16 AM

unfortunately, if you increase the speed of the ascent per block, it will be ugly to teleport through the blocks, perhaps if you dig into the entity code, I found a parameter called ground resistance, but I do not know how to replace it, if someone knows, I will be glad if he says

Much obliged for this crucial fix.

*edit*

Unfortunately it appears the elk still pauses every single time it ascends a block. Can you do a version where there is no pause when the elk ascends a block, and instead perhaps its speed slows a touch?

Absolutely based mod; such a little tweak that helps so much with travel!

The moose climbs the block higher faster, thereby losing less speed while running and also losing less health when falling

💬 Zanklev, Dec 20th 2024 at 12:53 AM

Can you provide an example of what this does?

nice
