I originally just made this for myself to see if I could actually tweak the panning loot because I have never modded before, I figured I would share it incase anyone else might find a use for it.
What it does right now:
Adds all obsidian tool heads to Bony Soil as a chance to drop.
Adds all flint tool heads to Sand/Gravel as a chance to drop.
I also included Fire Clay as a drop to Sand/Gravel just so everything is in one place.
If you just want the Fire Clay and nothing else, then use this mod: fireclayfrompanning
This mod should work with no problems, and have no issues with any other mod besides fireclayfrompanning.

In the future I will add all seeds & grains to the sand/gravel drops but right now I'm just uploading what I've got so far and I wanted this to be my first mod posted because it's the first one I've ever made ^_^
Also if I ever learn how to make it so panning drops something everytime I will add that immdiately and having sand/gravel drop the correct stone type tool head, but I got no clue atm 😅 so any help would be greatly appreciated on that if anyone knows anything about it.
And if you have any issues please report them :3

@OmegaHaxors Not related to this mod, but your comment gave me an idea that I didn't know was possible so I have to thank you :)
I was wondering how I would change the max items on the traders and had no clue I could just copy paste the file and change it that way without patching, plus now I know I will be able to change vanilla traders prices, and what they buy and sell as a base!
So thank you very much! ^_^ now that I know it works with the traders very easily and i will test it out with this tomorrow if I can and see how it goes :)

You just create a new JSON just like the wooden pan except you change the code and replace the drop tables with your own.
Yeah I was thinking of adding Soil just like the Richer than Dirt mod.
I got no idea how I would add another pan o.o
or do you mean like create my own panning file seperate from the games so I can config it?
You can also add other blocks to the list of pannable blocks each with their own loot table.
You can also add another pan with its own unique loot table, that's an option too.
