Experimental version
Added a 2:1 conversion recipe for Rusty Squared Coins into Copper ones, and a 10:1 ratio for copper to silver and silver to gold squared as well.

Added 5 coin stacks for the standard R/C/S/G, can be converted freely from stacks to coinage and vice versa, still need to add the ability to place them in world however.
