Simply adds a crafting recipe to make wildvine tips.

Place a regular wildvine in the crafting grid with a knife beneath it, to make a wildvine tip!

Consumes 1 durability from your knife per tip produced.

Castor Since 1.18 breaking a vine tip doesn't drop the respective block, instead it drops a normal vine block with a flat bottom edge. So, you no longer have a way to get vine tips for decoration in survival mode.
This mod simply allows you to make them yourself by turning normal vine blocks into the tip version, so they are available again for decoration, and now you can even make as many as you want.

Is there a purpose to having made a vine tip? is it renewable that way? or does it not grow and thats the purpose?
