This mod allows pine and acacia saplings (player planted trees) to gain a resin block, using the same percentage chance as the worldgen.

DejFidOFF The mod seem to work fine in my 1.19.8 game.
At least for pines - i did plant some from seeds, and some did get the leaking resin.
No idea about acacia - haven't even saw those in game where i am.

If I've tweaked the resin spawn frequencies with a json patch to the assets/survival/worlgen/treegen/[treename].json files will this mod pick up the tweaked values or are they stuck at default?
I've been using this on 1.19.0 through 1.19.3 No issues and does still work (I planted 20 pine cones and one came up with resin on it).
Has anyone seen resin on any of their player grown pines since 1.19.0 and higher? Aka does this still work?
It should work with future versions unless something significant changes with the TreeGenParams structure, or how CheckGrow uses it. This is a transpile rather than copy/replace that other mods do. It just looks for the struct field otherBlockChance being set and overrrides it.

No, it's incompatible with the previous mod. I'm going to guess you have something else running that is conflicting. Try running it by itself?
Does it require the previous mod to work? Game crashed when trying to generate a new world. The previous crashes my game when a tree tries to grow.
Works great, crash during world gen was a fluke.
