This mod just overrides vanilla thunderlord model with simplified model.
(Because this model have a lot of animated elements)
You still have to set "maxAnimatedElements" configuration in the clientsettings.json to 34!
This mod can fix 'Max joint cap of 34 reached' issue for thunderlord model only.
Moded models are not supported (for now).

Sorry but I don't know any issue with bluetooth headphones. Please check your headphones and bluetooth adapter.

Well, then it's not a 'Max joint cap of 34 reached' issue. (or model from mod causes it)
Just try to ask on forum. I think someone will help your friend.
Some may question if this is a virus based upon the Author's name and I don't believe so whatsoever. It is a legit mod. Don't know if it works but it is legit.
So this mod likely does solve the issue that it advertises. But for my friend with issues because of the sucky Intel chip that she has this has not resolved her issue. But I have no negative effects from running this mod.
Don't forget to do the second part of this mod's instructions: edit your clientsettings.json file. That edit will help at any rate.
