Reinforcements being erased has been fixed in the base game since 1.18.3!
Flowing water and water buckets can erase block reinforcements on waterloggable blocks (stairs, chests, etc), and wrenches erase reinforcements on slabs.
This mod makes it so that:
- water cannot be placed into or flow into reinforced blocks
- reinforced blocks cannot be rotated with wrenches
