Welcome to Ochre, in this mod you will find:
- Updated textures for cave art
- New cave art colors (sienna, purple, lapis lazuli and malachite)
- Ochre pigment, made from clay (red, yellow, sienna, purple)
- Ochre floor coating, for colorful earth floors
- Stone chisels
- Wooden hammers
- Improved versions of stone tools for more cost
- Pigments for painting on more blocktypes (such as soil) than the raw materials (like charcoal or lapis) can
- Clay plaster
- More vibrant rammed earth blocks
- A few themed clothing pieces

It seems like the purple ochre is uncraftable. The handbook shows putting 2 red ochre in the top left crafting grid but that just converts the red to the next shape set.

does this mod adds a dots of various sizes ? could be cool to do writting and drawings on walls and all !

Yelb You make an excellent point! When I release the next update (thats happening soon!) I will include more screenshots here on the modDB
The added symbols are useful and they're fun to decorate with, you can make a lot of interesting patterns and emojis with them.
The only thing keeping this mod from being absolutely perfect is the absence of simple solid squares and/or dots. When I was using this I was thinking how great it would be to be able to make caveman pixel art. I know that you can do that with chisels but it would be nice to be able to do that in a more limited capacity with cave art decals since chiseling fundamentally changes the chiseled blocks into a different block.

Hey, just wanted to say that I'm super glad the mod is still receiving updates! Love the new cave art icons!
Tangvald It is a very similar process to the chisel, you craft the grindstone with two hard rocks to get the unfinished stone axe head. You place down the unfinished head and hold right click, it will take more time than the chisel.

Tangvald To craft the stone chisel you will need a grindstone, it can be made from any two stones. Then you need to craft the grindstone with a hard rock. (Granite, basalt, peridotite, or andesite) This will give you an unfinished stone chisel, place it down and hold right click for a bit to make the chisel.
