Update: Works fine as of version 1.19.3
1.19?
This makes metal bits made of various steel types to be able to get smelted on a bloomery and make more bars.
Would still be useful if Anvil Metal Recovery was fully functional on 1.19 - right now it only seems to work offline.
is this used for making steel ? I'm confused with no description , I'm assuming it allows you to make steel in a bloomery , not being a genius . I placed 6 iron ingots in the bloomery with 6 charcoal and got 6 iron ingots back lol , So I'm a bit baffeled by how it works with no description and all .
Yanazake that may be a side effect of Meteoritic Iron! it blooms directly into ingots :)
No this does not change iron blooms. Scrap from smithing and breaking tools will smelt into ingots, but normal nuggets still will turn into blooms.
Does this make iron ore yield ingots in the bloomery instead of Iron Blooms? I'm not sure what's causing that - it's not a complaint, it's just less work and I kinda want to put my pals to work because they didn't take the game as seriously in the past >XD
@Craluminum The other mod doesn't change blister steel bits to 1499, just steel.
Isn't it the same as this mod?
