for the guy who wants info, i went through the files and here's the gist:
You build a tier 1 cementation furnace, everytime the bricks break, the ones you collect you put through a pulveriser. One fired Tier 1 brick (the individual part, not the block) that goes through the pulveriser gives a raw version of a Tier 1 brick. Same for Tier 2 (but not Tier 3).
Then it adds recipes that allow you to mix raw tier 1 bricks with olivine to make raw tier 2 bricks, or with olivine and ilmenite to make tier 3. You can also mix raw tier 2 bricks with ilmenite to make raw tier 3.
It does this with by adding recipes through json files, so it probably also doesn't need updates.
