Allows chiseling of Quartz Glass Blocks, Clear Glass Blocks, and Colored Glass Blocks. -- Frame automatically gets removed to allow your creativeness shine!

@Loco, Yeah... I am not a fan of chiseling glass myself, either... I mean.. you are chiseling a clear block! OOF. That being said, I saw your bottle you were making in Discord and loved it instantly! And the windows as the main image... is basically because the few friends that wanted chiselable glass to begin with were wanting a way to make custom windows.
Working on some hurdles right now, but am hoping to get over 190 varients of blocks up over the next couple weeks.
I am new to Chiseling. I found working with this mod dificult. It is hard to see the different voxels as the glass practicly disapears. Since there is a picture of windows maybe it was your intent to be windows. i made a wine glass and a Bottle.
