This mod creates 3 configuration options that will affect both worldgen trees and sappling grown trees.

Size: You can add a modifier to all trees growth size. The default size modifier is 0.2. Anything above 0.8 creates some insane results.

VineGrowthChance: This lets you add a chance to have trees grow with more vines. This will result in all trees gaining vines, even those in cold dry climates.

OtherBlockChance: You can use this to affect the number of resin blocks that spawn on pine trees. Putting any positive number here will cause sappling grown trees to spawn with special blocks.

I do not believe this will increase the spawning of Primitive Survival Tree Hollows. This isn't handled by the standard treegen process, but instead happens when the chunk is loaded for the first time.  Also, it is a sad truth (that you're probably aware of) that presently you can only have one type of special block per tree gen.
