I've not heard anything about 'Auto-Update' issues. If its still happening post in the Discord #bugs channel; (as the mod should work like always)

I would love to see this updated. It was one of my favourites.
The hitboxes on the Arrow slits are a little slim so my arrows get caught in them when I'm aiming side to side, and drifters are able to hit me through them, thought you should know. Would it be possible to do horizontal arrow slits as well, so you can do bunkers with them instead of using stairs? It would also be an idea to name them "[stone type] slits" instead of "stone slits" as it make them easier to search for when building in creative mode.
