Removes collision from Snow Layer blocks. I find walking through it and getting hung to be a pain, and the farm animals don't like it either.

The mod is far more useful in more temperate zones where snow doesn't have a chance to build up into full snow blocks, else it will make things worse for the player (but animals will probably be okay). Snow buildup on ice will be ignored so you will slide on Snow Layer, and you will have to jump from tall Snow Layer onto Snow Block.
