QuakingDoom You might as well make your own fork at this point, oh wise one.
Before people start asking why this doesn't work, the mod now requires Volumetric Shading ReUpdated 0.7.4 which is only listed in the change long, but the creator of this mod can add it in the description on their own terms.
what does this mod do?
So why do the items in my hands appear with a dark black tint overlayed on them, also why is the water so dark?

Same problem here, but in the file blit.fsh this text "outColor = tonemap(outColor);" don´t exist. I use a GForce 3060 ti
The colors are off because of the tonemap. if you open the assets->game->shaders folder and go into blit.fsh, scroll all the way to the bottom and remove the line "outColor = tonemap(outColor);", it'll help a lot.
Really nice skybox, sun and moon, but colors are off in my opinion. They feel a little bland

Looking through what's within the zip, it seems you've copied and pasted almost every bit of your shaders from Xorberax's Shader Mod

That still does not explain the purpose of this mod. Your screenshots are ambiguous, your.. changelogs? give the impression of four different versions of the mod based on features used, and versioning only further confuses things. There's no reason not to provide an explanation as to what this mod does, even if you do so in your native language - assuming English isn't your native tongue. It's not abnormal to see mods here for different languages, and your mod is going to have a hard time growing if there's no concrete explanation of what your mod does.
Furthermore, there is no source code, so we can't even check for ourselves how the mod works exactly, without downloading it first.

Seconded on the description. Also, guessing based on the changelogs for the different versions, I'm guessing it would be more apt to use "version" instead of "part"; "part" implies that you need all three of the downloads for the mod to work, when it seems like they're just different versions of the mod.
I understand that the Vintage Story ModDB interface can be confusing (I've had trouble with it myself). I suggest joining the official VS discord server here: https://discord.gg/4VrEytGz The people there are very friendly and helpful, at least in my experience. They should be able to help you fix this mod page; I believe there are also channels dedicated to speaking in languages other than English as well, in case that makes you more comfortable.

The moon and stars in the first pic is amazing, but is that the doing of this mod or something else.
Since this mod's name mentions only clouds, I can't be sure.
The clouds in the second pic don't seem any different from vanilla to me, but the round sun is nice. But again, is that what your mod is doing.

If its meant to make the coulds look better then V2 seems to have no effect on VS 1.18.1
