Make torch holders out of the same metals as lanterns.

Recipes and textures added for bismuth, bismuth bronz, black bronze, copper, gold, iron, meteoric iron, molybdochalkos, silver, steel, and tin bronze.

1.6.4 version please. Not all mods are up to date, so not switching until they are.
