This started as Knife Knapping, which had a new recipe for 3 Knife blades instead of two. Thanks to feedback on the forum from Jesse Caron, I upgraded all of the recipes. Now you get 2 axes, 2 hoes, 2 spearheads, 3 knives, and 8 arrowheads. The shovel model is slightly adjusted as well, but it's far too big to make 2 at once, so it's only a cosmetic change. 

Since this obsoletes Knife Knapping it would be best to remove the old one. Might not make any difference, but if this simple mod actually manages to cause a crash, that would probably be the only possible reason. 

Update 1.0.1: Fixed the Axe recipes to include knapping the sharp edge. This also takes care of the problem that the recipe was just too simple.

For any interested in this mod.
It functions without issue in v1.19.8
Unless something drastic changes regarding Knapping, or the Flint and Stone Knapping recipes, this mod should remain compatible with future versions of Vintage Story.

I noticed while playing with Geology Addons that your new knapping recipes don't catch any applicable modded stones. I personally made a version of your mod that uses the patch system to change the recipes instead of fully replacing the vanilla files. This enables to changes to affect any stone variant that uses the base flint/stone knapping recipes. If you're still active and interested I can send you the edited versions. Otherwise I'd like to upload my version, only issue being that my version would superseed your version as it's a patch and not replacing base files, making it a little more compatable. Plus, while not directly conflicting, they are both changing the same thing values, meaning having both versions does nothing for the end user. I also considered adding support for Ancient Tools or In Dappled Groves for the Adze, but I am uncertain if the Adze recipe makes sense to increase. Same with Wedges from Ancient Tools.

I am new to VS modding and do not know how badly things get if they mismatch the version. Therefore I ask.

This mod is intensely useful, for the most part. Double spears and double axes especially. However, the shovel recipe got a lot more complicated and still only gives one shovel! I don't understand why it would do that. It's a huge pain in the ass. Great mod otherwise though.
