A very basic mod that adjusts snow layer and snow blocks to have no collision box, this way you (and other entities) cannot climb up snow and animals won't use it to climb over fences and escape confinement.

The problem was adressed in 1.16.1. Creatures just cannot get over fences since 1.16.1 which makes this mod obsolete.

Moonmonk then allow them to use the skeletons of their less fortunate inmates as ladders to climb the fences ha ha!
