Don't use with Better Than Heresy, i made it coz some people like these tweaks, but don't like play with full mod.
What it do?
3. Leather preparing overhaul. Hide produce tanned hide and must be sliced into leather. Also can be sliced prepared and scraped version. Use shears for better result.(c)BTH description.
