This is a modification of my original mod, Decorative Ice and Leaves, made by Nephelangelo and posted here by their request. As the name suggests, it does exactly the same thing as the original mod, just with only leaves and no ice.
That means this mod allows the player to collect leaves and branchy leaves using a saw, as well as de-branch branchy leaves in the crafting grid. De-branching branchy leaves will produce no seeds, but gives two sticks instead as compensation.
The latest version has fixed a previous incompatibility with "The Remnants" mod, and hopefully will help with compatibility with other mods.

Are either of you playing vanilla, or are you using other mods? the problems you are describing don't happen to me so I assume it's an incompatibility with a mod. If one of you could narrow down which mod is causing the problem, I can see what I can do.
If you are playing vanilla, then I genuienlly have no idea how to help you.

Sorry, I don't really know why that's happening. I can tell you it's not supposed to happen and doesn't happen in my game, meaning it's probably either an incompatability with another mod or some seperate bug already in the game this mod is riding on the coattails of. I did just add a release which should help with compatabilities with other mods, so you might want to try again and see if it's still happening.
Using this mod, I'm picking up some leaves just from chopping down trees normally with an axe.

Could this be a conflict with another mod? I just tested it again and it doesn't seem to let me collect leaves by hand.
Hello! It seems that you can collect leaves with just using your hands right now as well, or at least I as able to.
