A simple JSON patch mod that allows clear quartz to be pulverized into crushed quartz at the same rate as normal quartz.
Also allows clear quartz to not block the drop of normal quartz. Normal quartz's droprate is 1.3 and clear quartz's .2, for a total of 1.5. Olivine is also buffed to 1.5.
