Seed drop rates:

• If fully grown: 1 Seed
• If not fully grown: The default value (usually 0.7 seeds after some growth stage)
• Drop rates for grass, trees and leaves are not changed
• Currently not modified: Bellpepper (because it already has really low drop chances)

This mod is for those that want less (instead of more) seeds from crops.

Potential future addition: If there is a desire I may add a config value to configure how many seeds should drop (e.g. if you want more seeds or want to loose seeds on every harvest).
