If you're anything like me you may have fired up the 1.20 unstable builds, gotten an elk, and immediately realized you have to use cooking pots instead of crocks to cart meals around. Do you spend 15 minutes making a few extra cooking pots, like some kind of chump, or do you stay up to 4:30 in the morning figuring out how to write a JSON patch and make models to let you use all the crocks you've already got like Falx intended?
Actually I did that already, so I guess you don't have to.
It should work fine in multiplayer, but I haven't tested it. The crock model is only like 40% original work, I pretty much just hammered the base game cooking pot model into a different shape and changed up the textures.
Since this is just a JSON patch it should work fine with pretty much every 1.20 version unless something massive changes.
Please feel free to steal this and do it better or make it part of a more comprehensive mod.

Would be really cool if you could use this same slot for the weapons in the Maltiez firearms mod
Hey there! We've started using your mod on a multiplayer server for 1.20.4, and we've run into an issue where we cannot put either Croks or Cooking Pots onto the elks at all. We haven't been able to troubleshoot it, there's simply no prompt for the CTRL+Right Click on the storage spot on the elk. I don't suppose you might have some insight into the issue? It seems to work perfectly in Singleplayer with an identical modlist (I love it dearly, awesome mod!).
For future releases, please include the version on the file. It helps a lot on updating for single players!
thanks for this
haha sounds good, thanks for doing that, you didn't have to and I'm sure that will be a pleasant thing people will notice! Love this darn modding community so much! Hope someday I can join it hehe
@wojtek16 Yeah, the ground crock and the attached one are supposedly exactly the same size in the editor but for some reason the attached one is slightly bigger in game. I just tweaked the size of the models a tiny bit so hopefully they're more accurate now.
I feel like it's just me, but does the crock on the elk look a little too big? I've not checked out myself yet 1.20.0-pre or rc, so it could be me haha
Seems like something that should be possible though, great mod idea! WIll be first thing I install once I upgrade from 1.19.8!
Good mod!
Thanks !
