Updated version fixes server issue

This is a very simple mod and our first mod. This mod allows you to play in "aggressive" mode but allows animals to be more passive toward players. This allows the monsters to still be agressive toward players. However, wild animals may still attack you but there range has been 1 block. Please note, some wild animals will remain hostile. Bears will still attack for example but wolves will only attack when you are within 1 block. the main idea was your able to play "aggressive" setting without everything trying to kill you.
