Adds a Cuman Helmet to the scale armor tree.

Only the steel variant is done for now.

It's meant to be a lightweight mod mainly for me, but I decided to share it, enjoy!

As someone who spends a significant amount of time researching IRL armor aesthetics for my writing, this is excellent.

It would be appreciated if you could add a variant for each metal type so such a fashionable piece of armor is avaliable earlier in the game.
