The dll is code to make things work, not to 'obfuscate' things. It's a server pack. That's it.

Just want to throw my two cents in here. It's not really conducive to the community to purposefully design things so that they're not shareable.

It actually took you more work to obfuscate things into a DLL than to just make a public mod. Again, it's your own work so you can do whatever you want, but I totally understand why the people down below were mean spirited.

There are too many changes involved, tons of patches, tweaks etc - it just would not work for sp. It was designed with the server in mind only.

Aw dang, thanks tho and I do hope the mod ends up with a single player branch at some point. I would pay 5/6 bucks for the content it added easily if money is an issue. I get socially anxious in server environments and on top of that when I can bring myself to play I have motivation issues often so sadly the server doesnt work too well for me. The server pack is not sp compatible since a long time already. You should just remove it from your mods, this will also restore the original texture Beacon

I don't understand whats going on in the comments but my long running world has somethings missing blocks with faces of some toothy grinning guy and I think it has something to do with this mod pack being server only now? Was it always? I don't know I just know things have changed and would like the little faces to at the very least go back to white boxes with ? marks.

Bit confused, I play singleplayer but when I click the link that should take me to singleplayer versions of the content here, I only see a few things. Am I missing something?

What a petulant response. It's interesting to me that you consider your server, rather than modding, your hobby.
Is this, perhaps, because you can easily monetize your server, but that monetizing modding itself has functionally zero public appeal? Not even considering other barriers to monetizing mods.

Functionally, any server-specific mod or mod pack is a soft-monetized mod. Yes, sure, you can access it for free, but there are an innumerable number of asterisks attached to that free, as the end-user has minimal control over their own experience.

no clue why so many people are thinking that everything needs to be for free. i am spending not only hours but days or sometimes even weeks to create content for my server - bugfixing also takes lots and lots of time. there are stand alone versions of some of these mods. that should be enough. i would not even bother to run and maintain a server, if it would play like any other. no one would even play on it then (there are around 1500 servers online, but only a handful are actually having a few players). releasing all the content to everyone would probably kill my hobby, which is the server. maybe you get the picture now. you need to stay unique, if you want to survive. it's the same with all the minecraft servers. you can find that lame, but you do not have to put it in the comments.

Does anyone know if the new clothes for playable seraphs are wearable? I ask because I can't find the .json files that give the clothes temperature protection stats or defensive stats. If it's in its own client-side mod, do you know which one I should download?

Before we renamed the server to "Conquest of Blocks" it was named "VSo" or "Vintage Story Online". That was 3 years ago. Back then, i was asking the devs, if i am allowed to use that domain, before i even set up the website and i got written approval from Tyron himself. And if you'd be able to read properly, you would have noticed several statements on that website, that we are not official :)

I want my server to be unique, otherwise i would not even be interested in running it. There's no fun for me in running a server that plays like any other. And i do not "sell" vanilla features. I do not even "sell" my server mods. You will be able to use all of these features listed here without becoming a Patreon plus you'll even get more land to claim as a non-supporter than you would get on a vanilla server with standard claim settings. The Patreon features are just a few QoL "Thank you's". Also i am very much in the background as an admin. But you can have your opinion. Can't please everyone. Magula

Server-specific features are exclusionary by nature, and are a horrible idea in my opinion. It reeks of a lust for power over others - "come play on my server where my friends and I have mod/admin powers" - and greed in that you sell server features through your patreon.

You are invited to join CoB anytime, you dont have to talk to people if you dont want to. We prefer everyone playing together, but wont force it. And there are a few other weird people on the server as well, so you wont be the only one :) @ElviraDemonQueen

there's a warning on top of this page, you just have to read. and it has to be uploaded here so that people that do join the server will be able to auto-download these "clientside" files. there's nothing malicious about it. it just does not work in sp.

kinda deranged to upload malicious code because you can't handle people using your mod not on your server, like why host it on the PUBLIC mod portal of the game if you want it to be a private mod?

Unable to smelt copper arrowheads back to ingots don't know how long this has persisted but the handbook says 10 pieces smelt into 0x Copper ingot is there something that perhaps needs to be changed in the patches for this to work?
