Edit sapling growth minimum temperature. Default is -100, edit in the config.
Tested on 1.19.8, lower versions should work as long as the sapling block entity code wasn't altered.
Now added wildcards support in config to tweak individual saplings

Very likely, they probably harmony patch the same things. Doesn't that mod just do the same thing and more though? DejFidOFF
