Any fruit tree (including Wildcraft Fruit and Nuts' trees) that died above -10C has now had the average of its Die Below set to -10, though the variances haven't been tweaked at all

Also sets all cuttings and graftings to 99% survival

Made because I hate how painful using any one specific tree type can be, not that fruit trees are even worth any of the effort in vanilla anyway (Berries are better across the board outside of Breadfruit, but those are warm-climate only and rare)
