any chance this being, or being made, xskill compatable so the skill that makes things drop more loot make them drop more?

would be really cool if you could burn the corpses as well

Looks like this mod might overwrite the drops from better drifters/better balance (discontinued), but honestly I'll take it.

Thank you for that minor QoL change! Nothing like trying to ladder up from a translocator and having a dead drifter halt all progress for a couple of minutes... now that won't be a concern.

I've added the ability to destroy drifter corpses by harvesting them.

So far I've been enjoying this mod, with one minor complaint: when a drifter dies and they're in the way, you have no way to get their body to despawn. It's a tradeoff I'll make for the convenience of not having to harvest every single one.

oh heck yeah! I hate how fast drifters despawn, it's always such a hassle trying to harvest them before they despawn while also trying to dodge their 50 nasty little buddies at the same time. I'll try this mod right away, thanks!

So the drifters, when killed, act like bells and sawblade locusts? I love that idea! I'll be enjoying this mod quite a bit, I believe.

@snossoz Awesome, great mod then, you fullfilled my wish without even realizing it lol.

Drifters drop their loot on the ground, but their corpses persist and only despawn after a while. Drifters therefore have a death behavior like bels, locusts and the eidolon.

Does this drop the loot directly on the ground or does it just auto populate it to your inventory.

Personally hopping its on the ground....ive been search awhile for a mod that does that.
