This mod allows you to dig a stone block out while having a hammer in your offhand, and a chisel in your quickbar.

This is normally done by digging out all the adjacent blocks around the stone block you want to retrieve.   This process is called "relieving".

I presume that this allows for direct full stone block harvesting via a chisel in main hand, hammer in off-hand? (Normally you would remove all the blocks making direct contact [5 surface faces] with the stone to "relieve" it via wiki definition.)
