Adds eight species of pond frogs that spawn in different environments to your world. They can be caught and transported alive using a bug net, and both male and female frogs are included. This mod includes the northern red-legged frog (Rana aurora), the California red-legged frog (R. draytonii), the foothill yellow-legged frog (R. boylii), the Sierra Nevada yellow-legged frog (R. sierrae), the mountain yellow-legged frog (R. muscosa), the Columbia spotted frog (R. luteiventris), the Oregon spotted frog (R. pretiosa), and the Cascades frog (R. cascadae). This mod is the third and final entry in a multi-mod series based on the genus Rana.

Credit to Benboncan and the Pacific Southwest Region USFWS for some of the sound effects used. If you have an audio recording of one of these species that you would like to see used in the mod, let me know.

One trick to finding my creatures is to wait in one area for a while. That may already be what you are doing, but waiting in one specific location will increase the likelihood of local creatures making an appearance. With that said, conditions in your world may not be favorable for spawning the species I have added so far, and I do keep spawn rates relatively low to decrease the negative impact on performance.

SecretFoxfire There are no actual biomes, just areas that have various precipitation, percent of forest etc. etc.

Thank you for all these lovely little mods! I love stumbling across a pond full of these little guys. They seem to be quite rare though. Is there a list anywhere of the types of biomes we can expect to find the various kinds of frogs and geckos?

Which mods? If you are referring to my mods, all mods created by me are compatible with each other. If you are asking whether my mods are compatible with those created by someone else, I do not know.

It IS okay to combine the frog/wildlife mods... you know?
