Artificial light (lamps etc) should prevent Shivers from spawning in any block with light level 2 or higher.

seems to be working now as intended
i think they spawn higer rate than before xD
any temporal rift spawn them in bulks with the mod on, no matter day or night or light level xD
but is good to know someone is working with them cos they are pretty anoying and unworth to hunt.
Well, fixed my fear of these in a roundabout way -- allows them to spawn in the day instead of preventing them, dunno why but seeing a bunch in daylight was a lot less scary.
