Works great now. When sober all is fine and when drunk there is no camera shake but still ground wiggles as expected.

adding this to my game while sobber has given me a constant ground wobble effect.
DanaCraluminum This is just a mod I made for a friend who gets sick of drunken mouse and camera shaking, and the game settings don't seem to turn this feature off.
It is already vanilla feature, check Accessibility tab in settings
