They work, but they use very outdated code. For animations and double slanted trapdoors, please use "medieval architecture" (you can disable the rest using the config library from maltiez).
Does this work in 1.22 stable? does anyone know?

I would also love a 2x2 Double door
Is there a way to make a 2x2 double door of the basement door that actually works (and acts like a normal double door, but horizontal?)

same crash as the others on the final angled trap door. pine on mine
angled oak basement door crashes when placed for me as well
no, it crashes every time i try to place it.
m1keeee Open the handbook and search for Basement door. Select the sloped version to look up the recipe. The door is a different block and not like default trapdoors
i have the same problem with oak basement door
went to place a redwood basment door , the angled one , and it crashes the game every time
Open the handbook and search for Basement door. All trapdoors can only be placed in auto mode.
How to place/make the alternative angled/horizontal version?
