Updated so it says its compatible with newest version 1.20.7 (always has been compatible but the game won't give you warning messages).

I took a look at the code and compared it to a couple of other mods while going through the wiki and I got it working as a regular mod on my system.

In your highfert-soil.json file, you need to specify where the asset is coming from in your recipe.  So, instead of "compost", it's "game:compost".  

Just add game: in front of your four item references and it should work.

Well, turns out I don't know how to package mods. Sorry guys, it's my first mod and I followed all the instructions on the wiki but it doesn't seem to load the recipe file into the game.

It only works when you install the recipe file manually.
Here's a fix until I figure out what's wrong:

1. Download the .zip
2. grab highfert-soil.json from assets/highfert/recipes/grid
3. place it in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Vintagestory\assets\survival\recipes\grid

Should 100% work now.
