Latest file for v1.19.8:
highfert_V1.0.1.zip

Tired of looking for that dark dirt?
This simple mod adds a recipe to create high fertility soil.
All you need is:
4x Bonemeal
4x Medium fertility soil
1x Compost
And you get:
4x High fertility soil
Tried to make it not too broken, but realistic. You still need compost so you can't just spam this early game, but should be plentiful enough to make crafting terra preta less of a pain.

Daikon Thanks man, that made it work :)
Everyone, as of the new version, everything is working fine

I took a look at the code and compared it to a couple of other mods while going through the wiki and I got it working as a regular mod on my system.
In your highfert-soil.json file, you need to specify where the asset is coming from in your recipe. So, instead of "compost", it's "game:compost".
Just add game: in front of your four item references and it should work.
That worked :) thanks man, love it
Well, turns out I don't know how to package mods. Sorry guys, it's my first mod and I followed all the instructions on the wiki but it doesn't seem to load the recipe file into the game.
It only works when you install the recipe file manually.
Here's a fix until I figure out what's wrong:
Should 100% work now.
Domenucci thank you for the heads up
CKitt Thank you, I'll definitely be adding a recipe to the handbook as soon as I figure out how to do it!
i've been unable to craft it
Excellent mod! Will you be adding a handbook recipe at some point?
