Added some fixes for vanilla roads:
- Fixed stairs rotation textures (texture rotated with shape)
- Added the bottom part of the texture to visually connect the textures with the bottom block (when placing the road on the road / stairs on the full block, free space / bottom block was visible)
- Changed stairs shape to lowered

Why the mod is bugged when snow is on the path?
I noticed that after downloading this mod that snow no longer gathers on top of stone path blocks, i assume this is not an intended feature of the mod.
Works with VS 1.16.0-pre.8 as is
Now only required on the client
