DArkHekRoMaNT
Hi, I made a PR on the Github with fixes for the anvil and pulveriser issue.
Irakonul DArkHekRoMaNT I found a way to make anvils work as normal. Just replace the world properties in the mod with the updated worldproperties/block/metal.json from vanilla. Should work fine for now.
You should also replace the wood.json in this foulder I guess. But I'm still not able to fix the cuckoo crashing the game. Something must have changed in the API but I'm not good at reading this stuff.
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

(full log on github)
I hope this helps investigate the issue further.
Yeeah, still get the Tier 0 Anvils issue, I'm running the newest version of the mod, on 1.20.7 stable, didn't check yet with the pulverizer, but wanted to let you know, I do have smithing plus and thrifty smithing installed too, everything worked in 1.20.4, but didn't have decoclock installed, let me know if there is anything I can do to help troubleshooting, but sounds like you have the big guns on the job with Darkherromant hahaha
Don't know if it's an incompatiblity between two mods or what but yes, the 0.10.1 version of this mod seems to cause an issue with the pulverizer where items cannot be processed. In my case they are spit out as the same item while listed despite the "Pulverizing" status while being shmooshed. Just spent a painstakingly long time troubleshooting this error between a 100+ mods (of which I placed this mod at the bottom of the suspect list 🙃), but no hate! I appreciate the effort, hope it gets fixed soon.
In Version 1.20.7, I still have the bug where the game crashes when I place a cuckoo into a clock.
for me none of the items could be pulverized.quite a heaache to go through all the mods ti find this as last one ;D
DArkHekRoMaNT a friend of mine also opened a ticket on the Github issue tracker for this mod as well (for the pulverizer bug). Both that and the bug where all anvils are tier 0 occur when DecO'Clock is the only loaded mod, and go away when the mod is removed. If there's anything we can do to help investigate this, let us know!
I don't know what's going on with pulverizer. I've tested it with singleplayer 1.20.7 and only DecO'clock - works fine. Can you provide your system specs and send logs (client-main.log first)? Moddb doesn't support file sharing, so you'll need to send logs on GitHub, Discord or via services like pastebin Maveriknight
Nope, don't have Smth+, and it's definately being caused by this cause the pulverizer works again when i turn the mod off, DArkHekRoMaNT
What? Pulverizer bug? o.O
Is this also something related to Smth+? The mod literally adds clocks. It does not affect the anvil, the pulverizer or anything else...
Maveriknight
can confirm after testing, that no, the pulverizer not working issue is still an issue. unuseable until fixed honestly.
i see this updated, but what actually changed? is the pulverizer bug fixed?
Try asking the author of the Smth+ mod. I don't know how that can be. This mod doesn't affect anvils in any way, it just adds regular crafting recipes OutcastZeroOne Dailan
Cuckoo crash fixed
Yep, seems an incompativility with smithing+ or smithing aditions, dont know why it makes all anvils tier 0
adding this makes all anvils level 0
The cuckoo crashes the game on 1.20.6 when it is added to a clock.
The game has a problem rendering it.
Updated to 1.20
Make pocket watches pls
Fyi, Svarozhich will not be able to update mods and respond here until at least June
Been running this with several other mods on a server in 1.20.5. We discovered that we couldn't use the pulverizer. After disabling and re-enabling the mods in singleplayer, we managed to narrow it down to DecO'Clock.
With DecO'Clock on: Quartz Chunk in, get Quartz Chunk out.
With DecO'Clock off: Quartz Chunk in, get Crushed Quartz out.
Might be something to investigate during the update as you work towards it as I know it isn't updated for the newest version yet.
while the mod kinda works on the new 1.20.4 i have found that it resets all anvils to level 0. maybe its a conflict with another mod, but with DecO' clock removed anvils work fine. Really like the mod and Ihope it is updated soon.
Svarozhich I know you're on it and I don't want to hurry. Just wanted to ask if you already know when the update will be ready.
i have a bug when i place a wall clock is crashing
Just wanna say how much I ADORE this mod!
No one else has anything like it! (i've tried looking)
I'm going to try DLing it again, becasue the old one made my game crash as soon as I tried to place a clock.
Hope it's compatible now!
Anyways, thank you muchly for this mod.
I appreciate it more than you can imagine!
Kinda crazy that the game doesn't alredy come with this.
It makes so much sense, ya know?
I feel quite lost without it!
Much love and appreciation to the creator of this mod. <3
Update - tried it just now and it STILL makes the game crash immediately upon placing a clock body somewhere.
Very much a game breaker....
I love this mod! Please update!
Kevin_McScrooge They said they were working on it, no need to be impatient.
Any news about that update?
I'm updating, it may take a little time, but I hope today or tomorrow.
Svarozhich
Is there any chance this mod will be updated to 1.20?

There doesn't seem to be any information about how to make ANY clock, not just a big clock...I have made the grandfather clock, but no documentation about how to put the actual parts. hands, ticks, etc. together with the clock body to make it functional. I'm excited to get one in my house, but can't seem to make it work.
Thanks in advance for the help.
Well, what do you know... I changed no other mods since yesterday, yet today after launching the game, ticking the mod off and on, and hitting reload mods, it works just fine. I followed much the same steps yesterday and it wasn't. Weird.
Janeator %AppData%\VintagestoryData\Logs you need client-main, and after starting with a problem, the logs are overwritten every start.
Svarozhich
How does one check logs in singleplayer? Sorry, new to modding VS.
Janeator This is the first report that it does not work on 1.19.7, there were no complaints that the content of the mod is not displayed in the handbook or in the creative on any of the versions, the only thing is that there is no page in the handbook telling how to make a big clock. It's my fault, it's just not there. Without logs I can’t help, it works for me, there are no known conflicts with other mods either.
It does work in 1.19.7 Running it on our server currently. Check your log files for potential issues.
Janeator
Not working in 1.19.7. Doesn't appear in handbook or creative inventory.
From comments on this page it seems like this has been a long running issue, and even I encountered it in the previous version. How are some people managing to get it to work? Please advice.
Good lord why do these clocks have so many configuration options? It's so much more impressive than I expected for an "adds some clocks" mod. I don't know why you put so much care into this but I am duly impressed.
Svarozhich
I can't find the hand book entry on how to make clocks.. Am I just looking in vain?
Linken I apologize for the late answer, if it is still relevant, then you need to install a clockwork in the world
in 1.19 i can't find the big clock in survival?
The question is why do the config. For specific clocks? Then you need to make a maximum limitation so that the player cannot make a clock that will hear the floor of the server. Does each type of clock have its own client config, so that each player has his own? As i understand you're talking about the last option?
Marlim I'll think about it
Svarozhich Is there a way to configure the sound distance?
Updated to 1.19 will be soon
The mod is really cool, but I can hear clocks over long distances, could you fix this? In a city where there are several clocks it can be annoying.
Will this mod be updated to 1.19?
One of my all time favorite mods. Made as much as possible with a soul.^,^
@Svarozhich Thanks a lot for a great mod. But i have one issue. Not with a mod, but with compatibility with another mod. I build a watch tower and i wanted to add a background image for a clock face. And i'm using VSOnlinePictureMod for this. But for a clock size from 1 to 3, hour hand is not visible, because picture covering it. Can you, please, move clock and minute hands and tick marks a little bit away from a surface of clockwork block? Thank you.
if you put a clockwork inside bottom slot of a large clockwork it breaks the game
amazing work. using it right now with no problems
0.9.0, I'lll try with 0.9.1. Worked great in 0.9.1. Thanks! Great Mod.
ATree Thank you! Have you tried the big clock yet? If you install a clockwork in the world, then you can use a block as a disguise, including a chiseled block, although there the minimum size of the hour hand is about a block. And be careful with chiseled glass and metal blocks, in some conditions they cause visual bugs, I'm working on fixing them.
If the version was 0.9.1 I need a crash log either in discord or in github
DruidNight What version of the mod did you use?
Cuckoo clocks crash my game when placing it on a wall.
This is a fantastic addition to the game; hope you add more clocks!
Be neat if there was a customizable clock, say you could chisel it? Could just be a dial and you could make blocks around it.
Game crashes when you try to place an empty case of the cuckoo clock. Also, please add information on how to craft the clock itself on the handbook! Unless you do have to place the case first and then add things in.
Just_a_cat Hours per day is converted to 24 hours and will show the time relative to the given time. For example, c hours per day = 36, 12pm hours on the clock will be at 18.00 in game. However, the ticking sound will be wrong, since the soundtrack is made for the default time, I will think about how this can be fixed.
SilverBird Yes, the clock is ticking, and the grandfather clock is chiming every hour, soon I will add a setting that allows you to choose how often the clock will chime. Also, each clock has a setting that allows you to turn off the sound.
What happens with clock, if world have non default amount of hours per day?
Not even seen in the mod list which is already over in my collection and already active on my worlds <3
I hope you will always keep it updated in the future ^^
Do they make sound?
Is it compatible with wildcraft trees?
Really cool, thanks!
wow, very nice looking mod
