Adds crafting recipes for all Jonas Parts. All recipes use cupronickel to some degree and other materials only available mid to late game.

I think that such recipes using other Jonas parts to create Jonas parts are more balanced. It turns out something like exchanging some parts for others.

Wasn't working before, should function and install correctly.

I like how the recipes are reasonably resource-heavy. I'll be giving this a try for sure!
