Note: I didn't abandon the mod, I just don't want to add new features to it.

A proof of concept for connected stairs. Stairs now auto connect at corners, including correct hitboxes.
Safe to add and remove in existing savegames.
Compatible with all vanilla and modded stairs that use BlockStairs class.
TODO
- Fix textures
- Proper decal when breaking stairs
- Fix face culling, insulation, liquid barrier parameters etc.
- Make stairs slab-aware
- Don't connect between up and down slabs variants

Kaleina Those image aren't loading. If they were posted in a private Discord server, only people who have access to it can load the images.
Mostly seems to work well. I've noticed an issue with certain positionings particularly with inverted (upside down) stairs and roofing where an inverted stair or roof beside an upright stair causes it to try and snap in odd ways.
DanaCraluminum not yet, i haven't played vintage story in a hot minute and was looking to create a new world with some friends on the new version! the mod manager mentions it might not work properly on the update so i was curious if anyone knew yet ^^ it also gives this warning for item frame but if the stairs work i'm sure the item frame does too hopefully
